Returns Policy
If your order from ESDI Studio doesn’t meet your expectations, you can contact us or return the item(s) within 14 working days from receiving your order. Please note that we don’t have a physical return location, so returns must be shipped. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned with:
- Original tags attached
- Original packaging
- In a re-saleable condition, without any signs of wear – unworn, unwashed and stain-free
- Your order number
Torn, stained, or damaged items due to poor packaging during transit will not be refunded. For faulty items, contact us immediately for assistance; options include replacement, refund, or store voucher, based on individual circumstances.
Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the item(s) using the original payment method. We don’t send confirmation emails for received returns; if you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days, contact customer service with your order number.
Returns should be sent tracked. If the team is away, normal service resumes upon return.
Items returned without tags, packaging, or labels will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for redelivery fees; items may be disposed of if not paid within 7 days.
Non-refundable items include postage for returns. ESDI Studio doesn’t cover underpaid postage costs; ensure the correct amount is attached to avoid resending costs. Discounted or sale items are ineligible for returns.
